We think that ‘HMO’ sounds too impersonal and much prefer the term ’Houseshare’. Our houses are just that, shared homes for the people we rent to. We are proud to know every tenant we have by name and it will always be us that you deal with directly for any aspect of your tenancy. We also work with various local professional contractors to handle any maintenance issues swiftly.

We know that one half of your decision is based on the property and the other half is based on who you will be living with. Shared living can be a concerning prospect but we want to reassure you that we conduct every viewing and application personally, to ensure we create households full of people that we think will live together in harmony.

We understand that a room in one of our properties offers you affordable living with the consistency and security that all bills included in the rent provides. There are no hidden costs with our rooms and it is truly as we describe it.
